There was one Hawaiian student enrolled in Lynchburg City Public Schools District in the 2023-24 school year, 50% less than the previous year, according to the Virginia Department of Education.

Data showed that Lynchburg City Public Schools District welcomed 7,794 students during the 2023-24 school year. Among them, Hawaiian students comprised less than 0.1% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the school.

Lynchburg City Public Schools District roughly covers schools within Lynchburg City and has a main office in Lynchburg.

E. C. Glass High School was the only school in the district which enrolled Hawaiian students, welcoming one student in the 2023-24 school year.

According to Public School Review, Virginia public schools have an average student-to-teacher ratio of 14:1, slightly better than the national average of 15:1. Minority students, primarily Hispanic and Black, make up 54% of the enrollment, while white students constitute 46%.
