The Central Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program is a court-referral program. Its mission is to improve highway safety by decreasing the incidence of driving under the influence of alcohol and other drugs, leading to the reduction of alcohol and drug-related fatalities and crashes.
There is an opening on the Central Virginia ASAP Policy Board for a County citizen to serve a three year term appointed by the Amherst County Board of Supervisors.
