Congressman Bob Good, who represents Virginia's 5th district in the U.S. Congress, has made several statements on social media addressing his concerns about current national and international issues. Good, who has been serving since 2021 after replacing Denver Riggleman, took to Twitter to express his views on matters ranging from immigration policy to financial aid and foreign military engagements.

On November 18, 2024, Congressman Good criticized President Biden for his immigration policies following a tragic incident involving Laken Riley. He stated that "Laken Riley should be with us today. Instead, she endured unspeakable evil in her last hours because Biden has refused to deport illegal aliens committing crimes against our daughters."

He commented that "The Biden Administration's mishandling of FASFA has prohibited many students and families from receiving financial aid decisions in a timely fashion."
