The Appomattox County Board of Supervisors, in accordance with Code of Virginia §15.2-1800 (B), will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Monday, August 16, 2021 in the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, located in the Carver-Price/CVCC Complex at 171 Price Lane, Appomattox, VA. The purpose of this public hearing is to receive comments on a proposed lease agreement with the Lynchburg Humane Society.
Persons unable to attend the meeting may submit their comments in writing to the County Administration office, 153A Morton Lane, Appomattox, Virginia, or via email to johnnie.roark@appomattoxcountyva.gov . Written comments must be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
