Consistent with Amendment 28 to HB29 (Budget Bill for 2018-2020) and the applicable provisions of § 2.2-3708.2 in the Freedom of Information Act, an Agency Subordinate of the Board of Counseling will conduct virtual informal conferences with practitioners licensed, certified, and/or registered by the board to determine if there were any violations of the regulations that govern such practitioners. Public comment will not be received.
