City of Lynchburg issued the following announcement on Feb. 25
Beginning Wednesday, March 2 and continuing through Sunday, April 10, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. daily and weather permitting (including weekends), temporary lane closures will occur at the following locations to accommodate Shentel crews performing aerial, trenching and directional drilling work for line installations:
