County of Appomattox recently issued the following announcement.
There will be a special ceremony on Saturday, October 9 at 4pm to add 21 additional dog tags to the flag memorializing fallen heroes. The flag will be on display from Friday afternoon throughout the weekend of the festival on Court St.
