Campbell County had unemployment rate of 4.4% in 2021

Campbell County recorded an unemployment rate of 4.4% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 1,202 people out of the 55,656 living in Campbell County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Campbell County has increased compared to the 3.8% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Campbell County was less than the statewide unemployment rate of 4.5%.

Of the 26,121 people who had a job during that time, 26 were employed in the Armed Forces and 26,095 belonged to the civilian labor force.
