6% of citizens unemployed in Lynchburg city in 2021

Lynchburg city recorded an unemployment rate of 6% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 2,380 people out of the 78,973 living in Lynchburg city at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.
