Census Bureau: More women than men in Big Island in 2020

Of the 174 people living in Big Island in 2020, 55.2 percent (96) were women and 44.8 percent (78) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Lynchburg Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 49. In the 65 and over age range, there were 16 females and 52 males.
