Women’s Tennis Falls to St. Olaf and DePauw at Hilton Head

 It was the Randolph women's tennis team's day to compete at the Hilton Head Island Resort on Monday afternoon. The WildCats were defeated by St. Olaf College 9-0.

Sabrina Dickerson (Brookneal, Va.) faced Sarah Clark at #2 singles. Dickerson won a game in the first set and three games in the second set while Clark was the overall winner.

Jenna Fink (Madison Heights, Va./Amherst) won two games in her first set against Lauren Mossman at sixth singles. Valentina Santos, Bailey Livingston (Evington, Va.), and Zeinab Elkhansa (Charleston, W.V./George Washington) all claimed one game in their respective matches.

Randolph lost to the Tigers of Depauw 9-0 in their second match of the day. Santos and Dickerson both took a game in their respective singles matches. In doubles play, Elkhansa and Santos won two games at first doubles while Dickerson and Cassidy Bell (Monroe, Va./Amherst County) won a game at #2 doubles.

The WildCats return to conference play on Saturday as they travel to Virginia Wesleyan. The match starts at 1:00 p.m.
