City of Lynchburg issued the following announcement on Sept. 10
In accordance with the City’s Citizen Participation Plan, City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in Council Chamber located at 900 Church Street to receive comments from the public regarding the draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2020 (Fiscal Year 2021).
