Graduates earn 67 degrees from Sweet Briar College

About 10.4 percent of the 67 degrees and certificates handed out by Sweet Briar College in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them some ofthe most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Briar conferred 7 bachelor's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in general business/commerce. Data shows the school gave out 7 bachelor's degrees in general business/commerce, followed by 7 bachelor's degrees in general psychology and 5 bachelor's degrees in general biology/biological sciences.

The college enrolled 337 students for 2017-18, including 336 in undergraduate programs and 1 in graduate programs.
