Applicant must have communication, public relations and computer skills with a well-rounded knowledge of Business, English, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems, Excel, Word, Surveys and Maps. Starting salary based on experience and knowledge. Amherst County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
