Delegate Wendell Walker, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, has recently shared updates on his official Twitter account highlighting local industry and community engagement activities.

On July 18, 2025, Walker posted about a visit to a regional aggregate quarry, stating: “We had a great visit to the Boxley Blue Ridge Aggregate Quarry with the @VTCA_Now today! From highways to retaining walls, their high-quality stone helps build Virginia from the ground up. Grateful for the hardworking team supplying materials across the Commonwealth.”

Two days later, on July 19, 2025, Walker described an event in Washington D.C., writing: “It was an honor to visit with @RepJohnMcGuire in our nation’s capital for his 5th District Leadership and Law Enforcement Day earlier this week. It’s clear that John has quickly earned the trust and respect of his colleagues and the confidence of leadership in Washington. His”

Most recently, on July 21, 2025, Walker promoted an upcoming event aimed at students interested in military service academies: “Thinking about a future in one of our nation’s top military academies? Walker represents part of central Virginia as a delegate. The Boxley Blue Ridge Aggregate Quarry is part of Boxley Materials Company, which supplies construction materials throughout Virginia. Representative John McGuire serves Virginia’s 5th Congressional District and has hosted several events focused on law enforcement and educational opportunities for young people considering military careers.
