Delegate Wendell Walker, a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, recently posted a series of messages on his social media account addressing internet safety initiatives, community events, and constituent engagement.

On August 25, 2025, Walker acknowledged Governor Glenn Youngkin’s proclamation by stating, “.@GovernorVA’s proclamation of Internet Safety & Online Predator Awareness Day highlights the important work we’re doing to keep kids safe online. I was proud to work with @safesurfin1 to get this day recognized and on legislation to strengthen internet safety curriculum in VA.” This post reflects Walker’s collaboration with Safe Surfin’ Foundation and his involvement in legislative efforts aimed at enhancing online protections for children in Virginia schools.

Later that same day, Walker promoted an upcoming community event through another post: “From elk to shark to wild hog, you never know what’s on the table at Beast Feast! Join us Sept. 13th at @TRBC for a free wild game dinner, seminars, prizes, and guest speaker Adam Weatherby! Register here: https://t.co/Z12O7VfNEz” The event is set to feature various activities including seminars and a keynote address by Adam Weatherby.

On August 26, 2025, Walker addressed his approach to representation with the statement: “As your Delegate, I believe every constituent matters. Whether it’s at your door, your business, or your community event—l’ll be there to listen. Unlike my opponent, I don’t hide from certain voters.”

Walker represents a district in Virginia’s General Assembly and has been active in promoting both public safety measures related to internet use among youth and fostering local engagement through events like Beast Feast.
