On July 11, 2025, Congressman McGuire addressed the importance of defense appropriations in the upcoming fiscal year. He stated that “The #FY26NDAA funds next-gen weapons, AI, & unmanned systems to ensure America stays ahead of its foreign adversaries. @HASCRepublicans are delivering a modern & lethal warfighter. Our servicemembers deserve the best!”
