Bob Good, a U.S. Congressman representing Virginia’s 5th district since 2021, posted several statements on his Twitter account on August 28, 2025, addressing topics ranging from gender identity to international relations and political commentary.

In one post made at 13:57 UTC, Good wrote, “Let’s compassionately help them understand the God-created science that they are immutably male or female, as confirmed by every one of their 30 trillion cells.”

Later that day at 16:35 UTC, he commented on U.S.-China relations: “Maybe China is agreeing to not invade Taiwan for 3.5 yrs in exchange for being permitted to double to 600k the number of CCP-approved Chinese students in U.S. colleges.”

In another tweet at 19:51 UTC, Good referenced former President Donald Trump and his own podcast: “Is Trump right about everything, or even thinking beyond 2028? I break it all down in the latest Good For America episode: https://t.co/0l5Gcoexd8”

Good has served in Congress since replacing Denver Riggleman in 2021. Before joining Congress, he was a member of the Campbell County Board of Supervisors from 2016 to 2019. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in 1965, he currently resides in Lynchburg.
