Bob Good, U.S. Congressman representing Virginia’s 5th district since 2021, posted a series of statements on social media addressing conservative values, federal spending debates, and a recent podcast episode.
On September 15, 2025, Good expressed appreciation for the support of Charlie Kirk, writing, “Charlie Kirk was a true biblical & constitutional conservative, and I was proud yo have his support last year.”
Later that day, on September 16, 2025, Good criticized former President Donald Trump’s stance on an upcoming continuing resolution (CR), stating: “Once again, before the CR is even written, and no one knows what will be in it or how much it increases spending, Trump is telling R’s to just vote YES. Sadly, almost all will comply, and that is why R’s will be running on $40T in debt in 26 midterms.”
In another post dated September 16, 2025, Good promoted an episode of his podcast featuring Rep. Keith Self: “In this episode of Good for America, I sit down with Rep. Keith Self (@RepKeithSelf) to talk China, Ukraine, and the fiscal fight ahead. If you’re concerned about America’s future, you’ll want to hear this one.
